The only thing that’s difficult about this swap is the 190 lb/ft of torque you have to apply with the tires on terra firma. Not a ton of room to work the torque wrench so one little click at a time. Woof. Otherwise, it makes a great difference on the XR. Recommended.

For those of you that have installed adjustable LCA after doing the mopar lift what did you do about the brake line bracket? Do the synergy or teraflex alpines come with a mounting stud like the mopar ones that come in the lift?

Cut it off, don’t need it….. it’s easier to cut it or pry apart while it’s still on the arm.

did my swaps on my stock 2021 JLUR and here are the new readings. I don't notice much if anything and still feel like it wanders to the right..

It appears nothing was done to your LCAs, caster looks like it didn't move and is still where a stock LCA would measure (in the high 3s to low 4 degree range). Something is definitely not adding up :( Do you have your old LCAs that they removed, and if so be sure to check those part#s vs. the new ones that were installed, I'm almost 100% sure they are the shorter ones that come stock on your JL :(

Tino, not quite sure which are the caster measurements. It's not the French that's baffling me, it's the pictograms. Your caster should be roughly 6°, but I don't see any metric in that ballpark. Maybe I'm just missing it. If it's the top measure (gray), it doesn't look like it moved at all. ???

Side note: this is the depiction that they give to customers? I'll give it points for cuteness, but not for clarity. Seems really cryptic for an average owner.

Yes saw the new LCAs with my eyes and gave me back the stock ones.

Tino, did you verify that your new LCAs have part# 68322798AA (there may be an AB or AC instead of the AA by now) and that you have the inward rubber seal vs. the Rubber seal on the arms you posted above. These are mine w/ the new arm on the left, notice the difference in the bushing seal. I suppose it's possible that your caster was previously in the low 3s but I doubt it would have been that low as the new LCAs will raise your caster by 1.5 to 2 degrees, and this is something you would be able to notice at higher speeds.

I did see them before they went on the car and they had no rubber gasket like the ones on the left. I can go look under the car and look for the part number tommorow

well maybe your caster was indeed in the 3.3 range prior if you now have the new longer LCAs, but you really should have seen an improvement at higher speeds if you increased your caster 1.5 to 2 degrees.

BTW, is everything else stock w/ your Rubicon, no additional lift, or any other changes?

If I'm reading this right, they didn't give you a castor reading.
Looks like castor is the first measure at the top of the page (3.8 - 5.8 field) but there is no reading in the grey box below. Could be if you're 6+ degrees it doesn't list it as it's outside their perameters.
This is before / after alingment but after LCA swap, so all the second page is showing is the changes they made there...

...and your toe was really out of whack on page 1. Surprised you weren't seeing extra tire wear on the front...

Yeah, I wasn't sure on that, it does appear that no reading was given. When I looked at that sheet he posted I thought maybe those lines dotted across the caster was a range in the middle (which was 4.8, hence my 3.3 degree prior statement).

Hopefully @tinodm can get a confirmed caster reading.

And again, their really should have been a noticeable improvement in the drive.
