None of the things you listed are steering components. I mean I guess you could say the stabilizer is a steering component but that's a stretch at best. Everything else are suspension components.
Not even this?
-Teraflex front adjustable track bar

Can’t see what this person wrote, I think I had him on ignore a year ago for tossing word salad and generally being a PIA Debbie Downer.

But whatever, life is too short to care.
You weren't missing much...

100% against people accepting poor handling under the guise of “its a Jeep thing” these are now like higher end suvs and when correctly build handle as well or better than similarly priced suvs. You’re on the right path getting the caster corrected, please don’t accept bad driving characteristics as normal.

too much reply at once,,, missed this one...
I probably didn't say it in the way I mean it, I mean although the steering is a bit scary than sports car (obviously.) Man 4Runner doesn't do much better than jl.
I totally enjoy the car, I just mean I can take it for all the good stuff come with it.
It's a wonderful car anyway.:like:

Lol I used to be in the exact same situation, but slowly I started to replace the steering components bit by bit and I can confidently say that at this point, my JL drives like a dream.
Things I’ve replaced in chronological order:

-Longer Mopar LCA (With Rubicon suspension swap)
-Fox factory ATS steering stabilizer
-JKS quicker sway bar disconnect
-Teraflex Falcon 2.1 shocks
-2” Synergy Coils
-Teraflex front adjustable track bar
-Metalcloak front LCA
-Metalcloak rear adjustable track bar

So, what does the rear track bar do?
An adjustable rear track bar helps to re-centre the real axle after a lift. Off-centered axles might have an affect on the tracking of the vehicle in a straight line.

If you are asking what does a rear track bar do in general? It prevents unwanted lateral movement in the rear axle.

Care to expand on that?
Nothing really to expand on. Op asked if not replacing the rear TB would cause a harsh ride. Word answered with a simple no.

Basically the rear TB will center the axle under the Jeep from side to side. When you lift it, you’re effectively shortening it causing it to pull the axle closer to the frame. Doesn’t really affect ride at all

My question was in relation to the claim that the front track bar is not a steering component. I don't agree with this claim, which is why I asked for clarification.

Track bars are suspension components, not steering components. Why do you think you have one in the rear of it's a steering component? Would you consider adjustable LCAs to be a steering component? While adjusting them can have profound affects on steering they are most definitely a suspension component.
