As long as the vehicle is driven every day, I’ve never seen someone have fridge/battery drain issues. Obviously, if the vehicle will be parked in camp for multiple days, this analysis changes a lot.
If you’re getting brackets, get the AEVs. There used to be a pretty big debate about whether those brackets were an acceptable alternative to adjustable LCAs. You’d think the arms would be better, but I haven’t seen anyone report problems using the brackets and AEV does good engineering work...
And Sketchers assures me I don’t even have to bend over to put their shoes on and holy fuck are we soft. Aside from the genuinely infirm or elderly, if you can’t bend over and tie your shoes you need to change some shit in your life.
