Same here. I ordered standard black Mopar PX8 touch up spray paint and Mopar spray clear coat from them on March 20th with the site saying it would ship by April 15th. Well, it still hasn't shipped and the order status has said "In shipping (3rd party)" for over a month.I learned the hard way on the "ships from a 3rd party" tag on their site. I'm trying to get a hold of a touch up paint pen. I ordered from Quadratec because it showed "In Stock" on the product page. I generally do my ordering from Northridge and when they say in stock, they mean it's sitting on a shelf in their warehouse.
Turns out, the paint pens are on a national backorder. Best ETA date I've been able to get from anyone, even the dealer, is the end of June. Quadratec customer service has been responsive and apologetic, but I'll be wary about anything shipping from a third party on their site in the future.
Yeah, they need to make their messaging in regards to 3rd party shipping much clearer. If they can't specifically control stock levels or shipping times of the 3rd party, the website shouldn't be making any claims to the fact. That includes it showing "in stock" as well as shipping dates.Same here. I ordered screen protectors for my 7" screen - they came from some Mopar dealer in KY, missing several things that were to be included - I have sent 2-emails over that past 2-days about this botched order and still have not heard from "customer service."Same here. I 'felt' your pain! I ordered a new bumper for my wire's Gladiator and when it arrived it the shipping box look like it took a direct hit from the B2 bomber! It had been retaped and at least 2 rolls of tape were the only thing holding the box together. Opening it up I discovered it had just been thrown in the box, broken plastic pieces, bolts missing, bent, scraped and just a box of scrap! This packed box couldn't have made it out of the factory the way it was packed!Ordered a Mopar cargo liner for my Jeep. When it arrived, the box was beat to hell and missing the install instructions and parts to install. I didn’t figure out they were missing until I was almost done installing. Called them and they sent me a replacement. Not just a part, but an entire cargo mat and told me to take the parts I needed and return the rest. So thanks for the inconvenience.
Today, I finally received the replacement and again, box beat to hell and barely taped shut. It came open during shipping and the entire bag of parts I need for one stupid plastic ring is missing. So now what, return this and get another mat I have to return? Their shipping department needs some training. Last thing I ever order from them.

I had the same exact thing happen on the same item. 2 destroyed boxes missing the 20 clips for the cargo mat. I canceled the order and got a refund. Ships from mopar. They seem to be the problem. But I will say that I spoke to Q-Tec Multiple times and they said numerous things none of which they followed up on. So I cancelled.Hi Rebecca
