Cannot reach @Quadratec by chat or phone for a week. Are they out of business?

Let the chats each go 20 minutes multiple times and no one picks up.

Called the sales line, on hold for 20 minutes, no one ever answered?

I've had really good luck with them in the past, so I hope it's just a glitch.

Apparently lots of problems with the computer upgrades. I sent an email to them and it took some time to reply but finally did and resolved my issue. In the email they suggested to call for fastest service? They did ship out the item I asked about, supposed to arrive today. So definitely not out of business.

I have three things I ordered about a week ago. One arrived today. The other two don't seem to have shipped yet. I ordered a few things about a month ago and they all arrived in a reasonable timeframe.

I think its an ERP upgrade. My order history is being reloaded, but with the dates it was loaded rather than the actual date placed. Someone will catch the mistake and fix the import (I hope).

I spoke to QTec representative 2 weeks ago, received an item from them last week and got an email from them about another outstanding item on Tuesday of this week.

I could not get hold of them last week about an order I placed in December. I called, voice mailed, and emailed. Someone in customer service responded to my email and I received my order this past Sunday. Keep trying. Apparently the replacement of their order management system is not going well.

Like others, I recieved an order a couple of days ago which I had placed online last week with them.

Also asked a question on a product they sell and received that reply yesterday.

I have an order (backorder) since last fall. I emailed them to ask why it's on backorder when it's in stock on the site (I went for alternatives)...crickets.

They are going through some sort of systems update. I got them on the chat a few days ago. They were apologetic and explained the situation.
