Got their Spring 2022 catalog yesterday.

I used to work for a company that did JD Edwards ERP implementations. (later bought by PeopleSoft, then by Oracle).I think its an ERP upgrade. My order history is being reloaded, but with the dates it was loaded rather than the actual date placed. Someone will catch the mistake and fix the import (I hope).

So the live chat person couldnāt answer my question but gave me a phone number. Seven minutes in I put it on speaker phone. Thirty two minutes later, yes, 39 in total, I get a rep.
Patience paid off because I got them to finagle some numbers and ended up saving $66 on my order. And they compounded my Military discount on top of it.
Many apologies received during the call, and the savings helped soften the blow but damn, they should be a little more customer service oriented.

To be fair (and I am unhappy with the service currently) Social media has zero to do with customer service. You aren't going to tell your instagram specialist to take calls when they don't know the system.They seem to have plenty of time to advertise, post to social media, and take orders but if you ordered and have an issue, good luck. Iāve been trying to get an issue resolved for weeks. They sent a completely different part than what I ordered and no response at all so far. I have additional items that were ordered months ago that have still not shipped.
