I think its an ERP upgrade. My order history is being reloaded, but with the dates it was loaded rather than the actual date placed. Someone will catch the mistake and fix the import (I hope).

I used to work for a company that did JD Edwards ERP implementations. (later bought by PeopleSoft, then by Oracle).

Replacing an ERP system is like ripping the heart out of a company and then putting in a new one while trying to keep the person alive.

It rarely goes without glitches.

20 years ago Hershey did an ERP upgrade in August and the cut over failed miserably. They couldn't make or ship chocolate in the 6 weeks prior to Haloween.

Computer upgrades for any business suck, and for a company as large as QTech it sucks twice as bad. Wait it out. It will be okay

I ordered Qtec the other day… Pretty much the easiest order ever… some new bolts for my hardtop and doors. If they can’t accurately pick n’ ship a bag of bolts, we are all in trouble!

Ordered 2 magnetic mounts for some rock lights. Opened the package and found 2 bolts. Emailed them 3 times, and on the 3rd one threatened a chargeback. That got their attention. Resent the order and sent me a label to return the bolts (seems like shipping was probably more expensive than the bolts, but what ever floats your boat Quadratech). Open up new package, correct item but wrong quantity. I’m two unresponsive emails in this time. Will threaten chargeback again on 3rd I guess.

If you’re trying Chat as soon as that damn robot starts talking type in live person. Took 11 minutes but they were home.
So the live chat person couldn’t answer my question but gave me a phone number. Seven minutes in I put it on speaker phone. Thirty two minutes later, yes, 39 in total, I get a rep.
Patience paid off because I got them to finagle some numbers and ended up saving $66 on my order. And they compounded my Military discount on top of it.
Many apologies received during the call, and the savings helped soften the blow but damn, they should be a little more customer service oriented.

It sounds like the people you got were customer service oriented.

For all we know, they are short staffed. Its hard to get people for shitty thankless low paying jobs like a customer service rep these days.

They seem to have plenty of time to advertise, post to social media, and take orders but if you ordered and have an issue, good luck. I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for weeks. They sent a completely different part than what I ordered and no response at all so far. I have additional items that were ordered months ago that have still not shipped.

I'm unhappy with them. Ordered Oracle backup lights a month ago knowing they were backordered and I would have to wait. Well, these lights have shown as in stock for a week and say "will ship tomorrow". I have gotten no tracking or shipping, their live chat hours conflict with my work hours, and nobody responds to my emails or calls. Likely the last time I use them for anything.

Ordered a Mopar air filter and they sent me a K&N, and being too honest I tried contacting them to see if they wanted to replace it with the Mopar one. Calling was useless but the chat feature only took about 10min to get someone and they said it was not intentional but I can keep it and enjoy my free upgrade.

To be fair (and I am unhappy with the service currently) Social media has zero to do with customer service. You aren't going to tell your instagram specialist to take calls when they don't know the system.
