Here's the Spod sticker sheet, may give you some ideas:

Nice. Thanks. I was considering wiring my winch controls to 3 an 4. Momentary buttons with 3 bringing the line in and 4 letting line out. My concern is being stuck inside the vehicle to use the winch controls. Should have gotten a wireless unit.

That's cool. I've not gotten into mine yet. So there's an ignition wire in there separate from the 4 switched wires? Do you know the fuse size for it?
dunno the fuse. I put a GMRS radio on it and probably will move it to the non ignition wire because it is nice to have coms when you are stopped in a conga trail line.

there is a wonderful guide on this forum for the wires.

I have an auxiliary fuse box under the dash wired into switch 1. My gmrs and cb radios are wired into that. #2 is the hood (ditch) lights and #4 is the rear scene lights. I don’t have anything wired into #3 just yet.

I just installed a new 12v socket to my Ignition wire this weekend to power my dashcam and get rid of the dangling wires from my dashboard. Couldn't be happier! I love how easy Jeep made this whole system.

From the factory wiring diagrams...
Jeep Wrangler JL Aux Switches: cool things beyond light bars 1635170939693

The Always On and Ignition Run wires are both fused by a 10amp fuse. These wires are only available in the cabin with the Aux Switch Wires, they are not available in the engine compartment.
Switches 1 & 2 are fused at 40 amps. Switches 3 and 4 are fused at 15amps.

I have my lightbar on 3 and 4, spot on 3 and flood on 4. I have placed my GMRS radio on 2. Don't have anything on 1....yet.

My jeep is worried for lights, air compressor, winch and my favorite, an old OOga horn. i like being able to "politely" ask some people to move without using the air horn on them.

hmm, I'll have to take a look. Thank you
Mounted mine here…..on switch # 1 ……. covered with Tesa tape, to clumsy , didn’t like the looks of all the hot terminals waiting for me to short out….……? …….and I’ve already got some grief over my red ground wire, no need to pile on thank you………. ……?

I like the tape. I used the remains of a drying-out RTV tube to coat my connectors.

Rather then using "drying out RTV tube" to dress up, insulate, seal up / moisture protect, etc. wire connections, etc., this stuff works great. Apply a thin coat, wait a few minutes and re-coat. Seals up and ends up slightly flexible.

I'm not recommending what I did for normal people to try. ? I had just finished changing diff oil in my old CJ and noticed the RTV was almost toast, so I squeezed out the remains and threw out the dried carcass.

I have the offroad lights on #2 and rock lights on #4 but nothing yet on 1 & 3. I've been considering using a power solenoid on one of the others for the winch but there just doesn't seem to be a good place to mount that.
This is the solenoid from the Warn Power Interrupt Kit. Wired to Aux 4.

I’d Rather Talk Jeep’s!
So I got the tow package which comes with the aux switches that makes wiring so much easier and customizable. Lighting is an obvious choice for say switch 1 or 2. But what about the other 2 switches? I know a guy who wired his winch to 3 and 4, and I'm sure some of you have found even more creative ways to exploit this option. Please share...
If you’re worried about theft, you could use one for a kill switch.

im definitely using one for a train horn - especially that you can program the bottons to be one-touch-on or only-on-when-touched.....can get some rapid fire blasts tapping it!
