Thanks for the reply. Sounds like it is a sensor or regulator problem, then. Do you notice any difference if you change the central heating temperature setting?
This isnāt a problem with the steering wheel heater actually shutting off, as there are several threads about that. I am unable to find a thread about the steering wheel heater staying on but not staying hot, so if you know of a thread please point me to it.
My problem is that the steering...
You seriously believe you are not starting a political discussion? Yet you ask how it is possible for anyone to object to a thousand-plus page āinfrastructureā bill that many of us see as being full of partisan pork projects and non-infrastructure items that is being shoved through Congress via...
I have an auxiliary fuse box under the dash wired into switch 1. My gmrs and cb radios are wired into that. #2 is the hood (ditch) lights and #4 is the rear scene lights. I donāt have anything wired into #3 just yet.
I agree with Mountianhigh. I donāt have a problem with the sticker on the hood. I do get tired of my vehicles showing their make and model via tons of stickers and decals, but the ones on the Wrangler hood donāt bother me as much as rest of them.
To waporvare: It is hard to tell if opening the hood scoops on my Wrangler has helped, as we have had outside temperatures that are in the 108-117 range for the past few days, so the darn thing is still as hot as can be. Once temperatures return to something like normal, I should be able to tell...
I have a 2021 Wrangler Rubicon with an unmodified Ecodiesel. It does have a Tazer mini installed, but that does not affect engine performance in any way. It has LoD Destroyer front and rear bumpers and tire carrier, and is running on 35x12.5 BF Goodrich T/A tires on stock wheels. I have a R-Pod...
Would I buy another one? Maybe. Not because this one has given my any troubles, because it hasnāt. I donāt plan to keep it forever simply because I donāt trust a smog-controlled diesel in the long run. At the end of the warranty, I am going to trade mine in for something that is either totally...
I found the email I sent LoD, along with the photos. Please ignore the typo: fitment, rather than figment, was intended. Here is the email in its entirety, sent January 5, 2021:
Thank you for your quick reply. Also, I note that I failed to buy the antenna mount. I guess I will go to your web...
I have the LoD Destroyer rear bumper on my 2021 Ecodiesel Rubicon. It is a pain in the rear to get two of the bolts in place. I did have to lower the DEF tank and I had to move something else in order to get the hitch off and the new bolts in place. I canāt remember what the other thing was now...
The opās post is the reason I tend to do all my own maintenance on all my vehicles. I was once a dealership mechanic (Ford), and I saw some of the stuff that passes for work In some shops. I also saw, even back then, how hard it was to get someone that was worth keeping as an employee who was...
2021 JL Unlimited Rubicon Ecodiesel with stock wheels, running 315/70R17 BFG K02s. I have LoD front and rear bumpers and a Warn Zeon 10s on the front. No rubbing at all on the street.
I havenāt taken her off-road yet, though. I do expect to run into clearance issues in the rear when fully...
