I have the stock AUX switches, and I see that one of them doesn't light up when pushed. Is there a fuse for the complete set or one for each switch. Anyone have an answer?

With Factory installed Aux switches, here is the fuse list in regard to Aux .... Aux 1, 2, 3, 4, and also the Direct to Battery and Ignition Switched, wires which are only found in the passenger foot well, Aux bundle.

These fuses are found in the power distribution center (PDC) next to the Main battery.

F50 HD ACC — If Equipped 10 Amp Red Micro < Ignition switched wire in pass foot well

F72 HD ELEC ACC PKG — If Equipped 10 Amp Red Micro < Direct to battery in pass foot well

F92 HD ACCY #2 — If Equipped 40 Amp Green Cartridge < Aux 2

F93 HD ACCY #1 — If Equipped 40 Amp Green Cartridge < Aux 1

F103 HD ACCY #3 — If Equipped 15 Amp Blue Micro <Aux 3

F108 HD ACCY #4 — If Equipped 15 Amp Blue Micro <Aux 4

I'm having a hard time finding the wiring diagram on AllData to confirm, but from the "upfitter" diagram on the forum diagrams, it appears the light is more likely activated when the switch give the ground to the relay. That circuit is "before" the fuses:

Potentially a bad relay, bad switch, or a bad LED? Does the switch actually fire the relay?

EDIT: Also, did you check that switch's setting in Uconnect?

That is interesting, my aux switches only have 4 wires (for aux switches 1, 2, 3, 4) in both the passenger footwell and under the hood, and all 4 wires in both locations can be configured in uConnect to either be direct battery or ignition switched. I didn't realize there were different configurations of aux switch wiring. I wish I had that F72 wire, that would come in really handy for a project I'm working on right now.

Do you have the aftermarket Mopar kit? The fuse box would be over by the brake master cylinder.

Your Aux switches were not installed at the factory. Your JL has the Mopar Aux switch kit installed.

Indeed, that is correct, I installed the mopar aux switch kit myself. Didn't realize there was a difference from the factory option aux switches. Learned something new today!
