Those things are overpriced road princesses.

TFL couldn’t get a Defender more than a mile up a trail without blowing TWO tires.

When they tried to fit smaller wheels on it, they found they couldn’t due to the brakes.

At first Roman and Tommy were all ga-ga over their Defender, but that incident soured them on it. They turned around and got rid of it.

Not sure what the point of Land Rovers really is other than say “Hey, look at me. I’m rich!”

Saw this Defender coming out of one of the stores I worked.

Are those angry eyes on its stock headlights? If so are angry eyes as bad as an angry grill?

I like defenders, they're quite awesome vehicles...

Should I Hate It??
Looks nice but to expensive, as well as the service, and has reliability issues more than a Jeep! Lol

Already found out I'm in the vast minority of folks here that find the new Defender appealing. Sure, they're no classic Defender, but for what they are, seem quite capable and look damn good imo. Slightly angry look, but not comically so like the angry grills.

Almost bought a 2-door with the P400 engine instead of my 2-door Rubicon -for the same price- and honestly, I think either would've served me just fine. Still wishing I had another 100HP/TQ though, but hey, at least I can climb giant boulders way out west or something ?

I seen one of those one day driving to Waco to visit family a couple years back, I had to look it up online to see what the hell it was. It looked like a shoe with no roof. Hideous, absolutely beyond hideous! ?
I personally think the Evoque convertible was pretty sharp. Better looking than the Murano CrossCab

I personally can't stand them. In fact, when we used to be "those people", I couldn't even get a Range Rover because I hated them so I went the AMG route. Now we are just a laid back Jeep family and much better off because of it. My intro tells more about this if you are curious.

It does crack me up when we watch Ozark Overland Adventures and their friend Danielle is with them in hers. Matt always jokes about "what is broken now" and he gives her a hard time when it is "waving" at him since it lifts a wheel on everything. It does actually surprise me on some things that it will do that I didn't think it would.

Oh, that's the one I saw heading out to Waco, the Nissan Murano. Regardless I think they both look like shoes, in the truest sense.
