Yeas, definitely looks off by almost an inch. I would start by making sure that it is centered. Next I would also check to make sure it’s squared to the frame. You can do that by making sure both upper and lower control arms are the equal lengths. The fact that the front axle isn’t centered can definitely cause some rubbing issues but I still think it’s primarily caused by your deep back spacing which only new wheels or spacers can fix. To center the axle just remove the track bar from the frame side with the wheels on the ground. Use a rachet strap attached to the frame and axle in the direction you want it to go. Continue moving it slowly over until you have an even measurement. Then adjust your track bar until it lines up with frames bolt hole. Insert the bolt and slowly release the ratchet strap. Then remeasure one more time.

Is there a better way that I can measure axle centred?
I'm thinking the antisway bar end links are rubbing the same on each side. If the axle wasn't centred wouldn't they rub more on one side?
Put the end of the tape measure against the coil bucket and measure to the inside of the tire if tire is to tall to do like my pic. .that’s another indication that you don’t have 3.5” lift….

I went out and measured mine to show how you can measure…… looks like my 5 year old RK springs have settled an 1/8”, I can live with that…..?

Here’s mine. I’m using different links but I put them at the same length as my MC ones were. Also, your backspacing is too much. I think MC says 3.5” to 4” backspacing for there lift. You do need to center your axle. How much of your lift is MC?

You should center that axle if you have adjustable trac bars. Probably won’t stop the rubbing just even it out. You could get wheel spacers, or maybe the MC rear sway bar lowering bracket with stock length links.

I’m about to take the sway bar lowering bracket of my jeep as they don’t work for 4xe due to exhaust. You near SF Bay Area by odd chance?

Do you know what the stock hight is?

Wouldn't I get rubbing on one side more than the other if the axle isn't centered?
The Deep backspacing I'm going to have to ask aev why so mu

AEV wheels are heavy on the back spacing like the stock ones. Metalcloak says a minimum of 4.5” of back spacing in order to prevent rubbing. If you have a Rubicon with the wider axles, you can probably get away with 4.75.

As it turns out except for the backspacing all is good.
See pic.
What type of spring are you running, looks like progressive.

All MC except for springs Teraflex shocks Falcon.
Axle is centred just the person measuring isn't quite centred.
The backspacing is to much so I found out, Dam AEV.
Will live with it though, only time it rubs is when aired down and flexing the tire.
What is your lift height and what type of spring are u running?

i have the metalcloack rear swaybar 3/4" lowering bracket. worked fine on the 4xe with the mopar 2" lift rear sway bar end link. Can you let me know where the clearance was an issue for you?

My MC rear swaybar lowering was like 3 inches and it set the swaybar to almost touch the exhaust.
