Not to mention the weight savings from the badge removal.
Ahh crap. How do we regain the HP lost from removing the stickers?

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Even though it's named a Wrangler it never should have been, just a horrible name for such a vehicle. I removed only that :)

Is it best to debadge using the hairdryer and fishing line or the eraser wheel? The eraser wheel makes me nervous. I'm afraid it's going to mess us the paint...

Hair dryer then wipe off with clean rag with Windex or generic window cleaning brand

For all those trying to get rid of adhesive...get a bottle of Goo Gone Gel from Amazon, Walmart, local craft store, etc. Doesn't hurt the paint...just wipe it on, let it soak for a few minutes, wipe off. Even works on thick two-face tape residue. Dab it on thick and let soak, then wipe off. Then hit it with some car wash soap or quick detailer to remove any left over greasy Goo Gone residue.

I'm in the process of modding a motorbilt bumper to remove the M.
Now, there's a money-making opportunity: de-branding the factory and aftermarket accessories where the manufacturers have promiscuously pressed/punched/stamped/welded on their names and logos.

I've been pleasantly surprised at the sheer number of Jeep owners who don't want to provide free advertising in the manner of the aforementioned branding, and have taken measures to remove or hide names, logos and the like (this thread being just one of several recurring discussions on the subject.)

It is a sort of arms race. E.g., there's any number of aftermarket bumpers and fender liners that have brand names and logos that are punched out of the steel during the fabrication process. No easily removable stickers for them! I wouldn't believe a manufacturer who told me that this particular manufacturing method wasn't on purpose.
