Didn’t see it mentioned in here yet, but I installed some Energy Suspension bumpstops today. Not the cheapest solution but much better quality compared to the Daystars I was using on my old JK. Ordered mine off Amazon. Part # 2.9105G

Are you able to trim these to fit?

Found these and they fit right on. Good counter pressure. I’ll take the clamps off because they’ll probably rust. Might cut them down a bit, too...

Nope. One for each side. Fits nice and snug, perhaps a bit too snug because the rubber is bending a little against pressure. I don't think it needs the clamps and can use 1/4", or so, trim. I'll know if their integrity is compromised once I remove the clamps and, if so, I'll go the PVC route. They looked too temping to not try!

1 and 3/4” of pvc and trimmed 1/2” off the foot stool. Secured and torqued down, fits nice and tight!

I have 35s on factory wheels...after installing the tire relocation mount (RC component). I noticed my tire was no longer hitting the factory bump stops....here’s my fix....

Black PVC cut to fit the stock mount...rubber protectors cut to fit the PVC...

Insert the PVC

Pant the rubber caps

Make sure it’s very tight...

Will this fit JL?
I used it for a brief time on my JL. The newer Daystar bump stop are a different compound than what they used 6-7+ years ago, softer material, but it’ll still work.

I‘ve since changed up my set and running the Mopar reinforcement bracket with the Teraflex adjustable tire carrier And moved back to the stock OEM bumpstops. I’ve got my 37” tucked up nice and tight against the rear gate.
