Permanently disable engine auto start stop (ESS) at stoplights?

Is there a way to permanently disable having the engine turn off at stoplights? There is the button to temporarily do it, but it turns back on every time the Jeep is turned off. It's driving me crazy...

Is there a 3rd party flashpaq programmer that will do it?

Open your hood, at the front drivers side there are 2 hood switches - disconnect the switch closest to the driver side fender (far right when looking at front of Jeep). You will get the warning on start up and the ESS disable light above the fuel gage. ESS is off. No need to buy anything if you are just looking to disable this feature right now.
