I am really curious as to how many people are actually having any of these issues?

My steering issues are minor.. it feels loose, but I don't know that it's any better or worse than my JKU. As for UConnect, yeah, I've been having a bunch of issues there. I was definitely hoping for something better there.

Maybe we can get lucky and they'll open source it. Then those of us that write code for a living can go and fix some of these issues.

I haven't had any problems with the Jeep except for a road hazard that made a hole too big to patch in my tire.

I haven't noticed any steering issues, just the wind threatening to blow me off the highway lol.

As good as this forum and the internet is I think it also makes us paranoid. There is bound to be issues and Jeep has so far stepped up to take care of them. As much as it sucks I knew the risk and still signed on for the new JL

My biggest issues is the loose steering. It almost feels like there is too much electronic assist. Needs a bit more resistance.

Might be good to add an "other; will explain" option to the poll.

It does kinda seem like the JL released a few months before it was really ready. Fingers crossed for an acceptable quality May/June-ish build.

We need a JLWF member to roll in here saying he's hit 10,000 miles with no issues to keep spirits up, lol

Obviously the issue that raises the most concern for myself is the steering "locking up" at highway speeds (speeds over 50mph.) How many of you are having this specific and frightening issue???

So not a single person with the steering locking up issue?!? Sweet! I was really starting to worry that this was going to affect a lot of Wranglers. So I guess it's isolated to just one or two and I probably have nothing to worry about when my Jeep arrives!

So it's really a non-issue? Jeep chat told me this morning that there's a back log due to inspections. I'm wondering if it's steering related? I hope they addressed this issue and my Jeep is perfect, just the way I imagine!
