I didn't need one. I adjusted my drag link and that was it.

If you take for granted that it was properly aligned from the factory, you’re probably fine. OTOH, you just dropped $2k on a lift - what’s another $70 to have the alignment checked?

Am i wrong or does it look like those springs are already collapsing ? I know mopar has said they are replacing all the springs out there that have been put on.and the new kits are coming with a better made spring. there are pictures and post on here about this problem with the mopar front springs collapsing

The only two knobs they can control for the alignment is the tie rod to adjust toe and centering your steering wheel. For the lift install the tie rod doesn't get touched so really no need there it's the rod that connects both front tires. The steering wheel will be negatively affected because the drag link needs to grow it connects the steering box to the front passenger tire, if you feel like you steering wheel is not at 12 o clock for you to drive straight it should be adjusted but not pressing matter.

The other measurements in a alignment would more or less check if your axels didn't get bent so really no need

I am not a mechanic but that doesn't look right. Those Springs look like they're collapsing. Is that the way they're supposed to look after you install them ? I've never seen springs look like that after they've been installed on llift kit. Everyone's been saying the Mopar lift the front Springs are collapsing thats why they corrected it and they're sending new ones out to replace the ones that are out there now that are bad

I have never heard of anyone doing a lift kit before and not having it to do an alignment. I would spend $70 and have alignments but that's my opinion it's your Jeep you can do what you want

I'd be more worried about those springs.

If you did a lift you spent good money on tires so I think it would be worth the $70 to make sure those bad boys last

I agree with that. Tires are not cheap

I installed that lift and had the alignment done, which is a good rule to follow. It was off slightly, so I'm glad I had it done.

It's completely unnecessary. The ONLY thing you can adjust on the Jeep as far as alignment is toe in. You can adjust that yourself easily using a tape measure and chalk. Paying for an alignment on a Jeep is just silly and a waste of money. I've had over 10 lifted Jeeps and not once did I ever get an alignment on any of them.
