I lifted my jeep at a shop specialize jeeps wranglers install and aligned. After a month I wanted to make back more higher so I added 1" spacers in back and changed the front springs to 1" lower so 1" more in the back and 1" less front. I have mopar extrnded lower control arms and adjustable track in the front and for the rear i added relocation bracket for stock track bar. Its been a month since the change and havent aligned it yet. My steering is straight and it doesnt pull to any direction on the highway. I did notice the axles front and back moved slightly poking to passenger side maybe .5" inch Do i need to get an alignment , will 1" make a lot of difference?

if it drives good you are golden. an inch lower in front will slightly increase caster which is what most want. if you don't have any vibration in your front driveshaft (2024 on up don't have FAD) you are good. as far as axle being off center 1/2" is not a big deal...on the other hand if you have an adjustable front track bar super easy to dial it in. shorten it by 1/4" and see where you are at.

I would put it on an alignment rack and do it right.

Respectfully suggest you learn to DIY align your Jeep before you commit to an alignment shop (you trust). Watch this video:
