Instakled the 2 inch lift and the Jeep dealer says there is no need to do alignment on the truck is this true??
I am not a mechanic but that doesn't look right. Those Springs look like they're collapsing. Is that the way they're supposed to look after you install them ? I've never seen springs look like that after they've been installed on llift kit. Everyone's been saying the Mopar lift the front Springs are collapsing thats why they corrected it and they're sending new ones out to replace the ones that are out there now that are badInstakled the 2 inch lift and the Jeep dealer says there is no need to do alignment on the truck is this true??
I have never heard of anyone doing a lift kit before and not having it to do an alignment. I would spend $70 and have alignments but that's my opinion it's your Jeep you can do what you wantIf you take for granted that it was properly aligned from the factory, you’re probably fine. OTOH, you just dropped $2k on a lift - what’s another $70 to have the alignment checked?
I agree with that. Tires are not cheapIf you did a lift you spent good money on tires so I thing it would be worth the $70 to make sure those bad boys last

It's completely unnecessary. The ONLY thing you can adjust on the Jeep as far as alignment is toe in. You can adjust that yourself easily using a tape measure and chalk. Paying for an alignment on a Jeep is just silly and a waste of money. I've had over 10 lifted Jeeps and not once did I ever get an alignment on any of them.I have never heard of anyone doing a lift kit before and not having it to do an alignment.
