I’ve had those on front and rear, since mine was about a year old. Had them on my previous JKR also.
Well made, well engineered. The drain plug, magnet and dipstick are all very handy to have.
Do you trust the dipstick plug for in the bush and water crossings?

I get why you'd want a drain plug on the front differential cover, because there is no drain plug on the front differential of my EcoDiesel, you need to remove the whole cover. But on the rear m220, every trim and engine with that axle has a drain plug on the differential housing. So why you would need one on the cover, just seems redundant.. ?

Not true, I dont have front, or rear drains on my 23' JTR. They did away with them. Weird mid production changes it seems.

I've had these on my front and rear for two years now. They're great. As others have mentioned they stiffen up the pumpkins, reduce/distribute heat, protect and look great. I went with the silver nodular iron. The MC Golden Diaper works as a rear diff skid, but I found a little notching helped it fit better.

I also ran the ARB covers. Never took a hit, but they say it stiffens the axle considerably. Well made, o-rings and a magnetic drain. Win, win, win.

I'm talking about Wranglers, I don't know about JT's.

Maybe that's a JT thing?
2023's do NOT have front or rear diff drain plugs. 2023 JLU Rubicon 3.6 eTorque here (built January 2023).

I solved that problem by installing aFe differential covers front & rear. The sight glasses and magnetic dipsticks were an added bonus, as was the additional fluid capacity.

I should have elaborated more, sorry.

Its a Dana/Spicer change in the differential housings. The JT and JL both had drains on earlier model years, then they got phased out around late 22' it seems. Im not aware of any axle differences in the JTR versus JLR. Fronts are the same, rears have different suspension, but are the same in the other aspects. Unless I'm forgetting something, which I could be, lol

My '24 JLUR also doesn't have drain plugs front or rear.

Have ran the ARB diff covers front and rear for about a year. They have been greet. Once you mark the dipstick for the right level its very easy to change out the fluid. I will say, however, do yourself a favor and pick up a pack of o-rings for the plug and dipstick. I have found that they have a tendency to tear when reused. I picked up five-six or so of each for around $5.00.

Found these on line and they look decent and the price is right.
Anybody ever use these?
Any Pros or Cons or suggestions.

$272 for the Pair.

Be careful. Contrary to popular belief, diff cover are not just a cover to hold the fluid in and protect gears. They inside fin design is vital on how the diff fluid flows and lubricates the gears.

Best sales pitch ever developed using "data" and "standards" he created.

This is a solution in search of a problem.
