Did I get the wrong color Blue??

Damn. It's definitely not what I thought it was going to be. You guys are right, there is the ocean blue which is way darker, and this looks to be a more medium blue. What the website kinda depicts and what I expected I guess is more like the Chief Blue. I'm really bummed now. I mean the blue looks okay. But not that excited anymore

Should be able to cancel your order still. Or you just don't buy it if you are really that unhappy with the color. Personally I would never buy a car/Jeep/anything major without seeing the color in person.

Can relate, ordered it based on the image, then got really scared as they had a Ocean Blue in the show room and the sales guy tried convincing me it was Hydro. After all was said and done Hydro Blue Pearl is a nice color, still a little bright, for lack of a better term, even when dirty and overcast which works as going to be a winter ride.

Also unless you want one of the 5 shades of gray you are kind of bumming, as choices are very limited on color, and what is actually available...

You'll like it it's nicer in real life.

it;s gonna depend if you are looking at it in the sunlight/overcast/nighttime - light in overcast - more sparkling in sunlight

i ordered mine off the darker colour

Indeed he will. My JK was Hydro, so I didn’t want a repeat on the JL. Ordered Tuscadero instead. Hadn’t seen it in person, but YOLO, amirite?

Personally, if I were as particular as you seem to be regarding color, I would definitely go to a dealer to see it in person first. EVERY computer monitor shows colors a little differently.

The online configurator is terrible at depicting the colors, especially with Hydro, Sarge, and Snazz.

I would consider Hydro the next time around if it's still available.

I originally wanted Snazzberry, but I missed the ordering deadline by 2 weeks. Dealer had a Hydro 4 dr on the show floor and I knew that was the prefect replacement color for me! Ordered it up at the end of January!

Thanks Jim. That was a sweet response. I would have definitely flipped out if someone told me the Ocean blue was what I ordered lol. Your does look a bit lighter there in the sunlight. I've seen Chief blues around town and I guess I thought that's what I was getting, but I live in Southern Florida so maybe with enough sunlight it will look the more sky blue I was hoping for

Yea this is really more of what I wanted. I have seen these on the road, so neat looking. Oh well ... is it possible to just get a paint job if they come out with this color again? Does Jeep do that?

It's a great color though... yes it's a bit darker than Chief blue (below) that we have, but I also have Hydro and I do love it. Chief was only available for 2 weeks during MY '21. IMO, Hydro will grow on you. It did for me on my 392XR.
