Upon further review, it now looks like no gasket. I drove out to the dealer to get my paperwork and some clarification. When I talked to the manager that told me that the hinges now include a gasket, he walked back the gasket statement. I'm pretty sure he was talking about the addition of the ridge as pointed out by @drichard989 a few posts up. I think he probably meant the new hinges have a better seal, but he said gasket. And when I looked at the new hinges, the extra gap from the ridge makes it look like there is a gasket.
Here's some pictures of old and new hinges. The close up picture of the new hinge shows a ridge and not a gasket.
The part numbers are a combination of AE and AF revisions.
