Bubbles on hood and hinges

We just noticed what appears to look like rust bubbles on the hood by the hinge and a couple of door hinges on our little over a year old 2020 Jeep Rubicon. Needless to say, my husband is livid. He does not want a brand new vehicle repainted. That's why we buy new vehicles so we don't have issues. After researching this, it seems this is a common problem. Why is Jeep not fixing the issue instead of sending them out knowing about the problem? Maybe someone should start a class action lawsuit! This is inexcusable. #notahappycamper
