I had to change my vote from "no" to "yes" after finding some bubbling on my wife's '22 Sahara at the edge of the hood hinge.

2024 with corrosion along passenger side edge of hood. Dealer said it is covered under warranty and body shop would call me to schedule a time to fix.

I think you’ve just set a new thread record for newest model year to experience the problem.

I have bubbling on the driver side hood, and hinges on 3 doors, I'll have them make an assessment when I take it in for the steering recall.

Don't wait too long if it has been 5 years since the original (first) purchase date. If it is getting close, get it into the dealer and get it documented. They could deny you after 5 years and 1 day...

I will add, from what others have said, if you miss the 5 yr mark by a few days/week, they will deny your coverage, and you will have to fight tooth and nail to get a discounted repair. Document asap, at the dealership, and get a print out of them seeing the corrosion. Even if they cannot get you in for repairs until after the warranty expires.

I'll be 5 years November 29, 2026, so a few months to go, I'll take it to the dealership in a couple of weeks for the recall, and also have them look into the bubbling.

I wanted to wait for door 4 to show bubbles, but it doesn't seem like that is going to happen before November 2026

I just need this thing to be presentable for the next 5-6 years.

I had them document that there are no stone chips or any paint damage in area of the bubbles. I went over the rest of the body looking and it seems isolated to the hood in two different locations.

That's what I did with the wife's Sahara. I took it in a few weeks ago and got it documented. The guy at the shop actually found some other areas I hadn't seen and took pictures of everything. He suggested I bring it back in April to make the appointment to get it fixed since the warranty ends in June. That way if any new areas pop up between now and April everything can (hopefully) get fixed.
