I feel the same way! I love my Jeep, but the paint issue again are turning me off. I am almost old enough to get a Cadillac.....lol
I started looking at used Bronco's today. Apparently all the dealers think that each Bronco has a gold bar tucked away somewhere inside. I found a 2022 that had everything that I wanted with 8000 miles on it, and they are asking $4000 over the original MSRP. I guess I'll be keeping the Jeep a while longer & hope that the paint doesn't fall off.

I just had my 2019 JL at the dealership this past Monday and I can’t get my repairs done until July 2024. I was told I’ll need four new doors by next July.
has anyone seen the bubbling returning after repairs?
I’ve had mine done three times and now after 6 months since the last one…it’s coming back again.

I had all door hinges and 3 doors repainted last May and now I have hinges bubbling again and hood edges bubbling. One dealer is refusing to help me since I did not buy it from them and the other dealer is an idiot since it took them 5 months to get back with me the first time. I just want to get it fixed and sell it! It's making me unhappy knowing I spent that much and the paint is having these issues and dealers are sucking!
Are either of the two dealership that you mentioned named Dave Dennis???

Are they just repairing your spots or repairing the entire door? My dealer told me they’re replacing the doors.

MMM??? Replacing the doors? Doesn’t seem logical to me. Of course to do the job right, the doors would have to stripped down to bare metal, a proper surface prep along with a GOOD Aluminum primer. And then bring on the paint and clearcoat.

Being I bought used, I do worry about this.

lol Dave Dennis said they can't help me since I didn't buy my Jeep from them and they were taking care of their customers first! I told him to find me a manager that I tell to F off! Performance Jeep is not much better!

I live in the Dayton area and work on Wright-Patt. I bought my 2023 Rubicon from Miracle CJDR in Gallatin Tennessee. Dave Dennis would not even consider matching the 7% off invoice I got in Tennessee. It was well worth the drive to pick it up...

If your 2020 has relatively low miles, it would still be covered under bumper to bumper, even if you are not the original owner.

If your body shop and other body shops in your area are quoting months long waits- drive the vehicle to another area. It has wheels, move it.

She has very low miles. I think right at 10,100 right now. And it stays parked in the garage during the crappy winters and the Subaru takes the brunt of things During the Winter. Honestly, they wife and I are getting older and our bodies like a little more comfort so we take the Subi more places.

Now when its me and the grandkids…….of course it’s the Jeep!
