Welcome!

I'm in the minority on the Bronco as I just don't see it. If they would have gotten closer to the original prototypes, I would have bought one. The released model just doesn't do it for me and after driving my friend's Bronco I'm happy to have another Jeep again. :) He's giddy over his so that's all that matters.

Could not be happier! 2500 miles as of yesterday and the only issue I have is that CarPlay crashes using USB2 in the center console. Disappointed this problem has been happening for 4 years and is still not ironed out, but I’ll live if the dealer can’t fix it when I drop it off tomorrow.
I heard the way around this is to use a USB-B to UCBC and plug your phone in that way and it gets rid of the problem. $10 off of amazon and a USB C chord to your apple phone and hopefully you are good to go with no more connection problems.

Sometimes I like the look of the Bronco, sometimes I don't. I do like their color options better than Jeeps though.
Yes, I agree. Overall, Ford does a better job on Bronco colors than Jeep.

Haven’t tried that yet, but I read that a couple times too and heard mixed results. It does not make sense to me that it would work with an adapter but not without, but I will give it a shot if the dealer can’t fix it by swapping parts or fixing a loose connection.

Tried pulling fuses, resetting the system multiple times, clearing all settings, removing Bluetooth connections, all the other stuff. Can’t figure out why it won’t work unless it’s a bad part or loose connection. We’ll see!

I technically still have a bronco on order. I kept having second thoughts because I have ALWAYS wanted a Wrangler (I had an XJ for over a decade) I kept finding myself looking at the build and price on the Jeep. Then the day I find out my build shot up 2k in price is the day I started planning my order.. I went to a local dealership to look at a 2 door they had in stock to see how I would like the size since I hadn't been around a 2 door JK or JL .. and now it's accidently in my driveway. I was going to order a Sport S with a few options... I ended up paying less for a leftover new 21 Willys than what the 22 sport s would have cost. TY Ford for making me angry that day lol.... and Thanks for a stand up dealership that didn't have this sweet Willy's marked up in price.

It is all relative. Many of the folks on Bronco6g wish there were more color options that weren't muted. I think there are cool colors available on both. Our Pacifica is the Chrysler equivalent to Sting Gray and it is what my Wrangler will be as well. Really like this color.

This is a totally innocent comment... I've never understood why people are "Chevy" guys or "Ford Guys", etc... to me it's all the same stuff... it's like people fighting over Miller Lite or Bud Light when there's better stuff out there.

Agreed. But that’s all some people drink and they won’t drink anything else. Me, I wouldn’t buy the same brand vehicle even if I was happy with the previous without in depth research and test drives of all the competitors.

I totally get it. My frustrations with GM and Chrysler were primarily do to needing to be bailed out. No business is too big to fail.

Everyone has certain preferences, and Jeep people of all should know that. There are probably a good number of folks on here that would never make the jump to a hypothetical Toyota Wrangler competitor - even if it were measurably better in every way. There is nothing wrong with that; no one is forcing anyone to have particular reasons for purchasing one vehicle over another. It we were strictly numerical automotons, we'd all be Alabama fans. Thankfully that ain't the case.

That being said, at some point you have to 'forgive' one's past faults (not strictly forgiveness if transgression isn't confessed, but that's another topic). So I have sort of gotten over the bail out issues. Sort of minor in comparison to the fiscal irresponsibility we are currently facing.

We’ve had a rogue check engine light, but it’s not throwing a code. Other than that, it’s wonderful. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. It was either this or a Sienna and would choose the Pacifica 10/10 times if I did it over again.
Seat your fuses if you haven't already ;)

I reserved a Bronco when they announced them. Reserved a 2 door orange soft top. I still talk to my salesman, it got pushed back to 2022MY and has been built, but is sitting uncompleted. No ETA on arrival to dealership. They really botched that launch. I'll not be trading my JL, actually bought my JL after reserving the Bronco and waiting 6 months.

There is no 2-door soft top Bronco ;). But yes, there are a whole lot of Broncos atop Ice Mountain. Once Ford gets their act together, Broncos won't be such a hot commodity... which is pretty much why I sold now.

I bought that B-C adapter and it didn't help anything at all. Aside from that issue and the Start/Stop not working issues, I couldn't be happier though.
