Every soft top Bronco I see has a wrinkled back side window. Poor fit?? It's so consistent on everyone I have seen it's almost like it's by design. Strange what grabs attention.

It's because of the very stupid design. I don't like soft tops, but the operation of this one is particularly aggravating. The materials are rather nice, but there are too many weird qwerks to it.Every soft top Bronco I see has a wrinkled back side window. Poor fit?? I thought you where the with the classic white wheels, I always liked that Jeep.We take everyone, regardless of their past sins!
Perhaps it is me, but I don't see what is so hawt about the new Bronco. I really liked the 2-door Bronco until I got to check one up close and personal: I was shocked by the flimsiness of the large frameless windows, the cheapness of the plastics everywhere you looked and touched; the half-baked hardtop. It looked like a concept car that got rushed into production. Which is probably what happened, even after 15 years in development...
Regardless, I am glad you saw the light!
Welcome to the forum!
Since this is a Jeep forum, here is mine:
I'm from Ohio, ordered a Bronco, cancelled it and upgraded to a Wrangler -- all through Granger. Heck, just got my build sheet today.I’m an Iowa local, and you probably know about the Granger debacle. Well I’m ordering my Jeep from Granger.
Sweet! When did you order? They're a great dealership. I went in trying to look at a F-150 one time and I almost had to beg someone to help. Definitely not a pushy dealership. Granted that could be due to the fact that I am 27 going on 18 in the looks department...I'm from Ohio, ordered a Bronco, cancelled it and upgraded to a Wrangler -- all through Granger. I was/am. Swapped the white wagon wheels with these black Moabs.I thought you where the with the classic white wheels, I always liked that Jeep.
It is definitely a sweet ride, but like everything it is compromised to an extent. I had the 2.3, and while on paper is 'better' than the 3.6, it sounds like a rattle can. The interior is just not up to snuff. The JL is far better, which is strange given that it has been out for 4 years now. The Ford corporate 12" is nice, but its only available on the upper trims. The 8" on the lower trims feels like a first gen kindle fire. I had a 2018 Mustang GT and it reminds me a bit of the differences between it and the Challenger. The Mustang looks quite cool from a distance but is quite cheap up close.. and talk about panel gaps.Welcome to the forum! I like the vintage Bronco, thought I would love the new one. After release I looked...(as open minded as a guy who's owned 3 Jeeps can be). The Bronco is certainly very sot after currently, but I saw lots of compromises to be made compared to my JLUR. Bottom line for me is that Jeep has been making wranglers for a long time, sure updates changes & new tech but easily integrated into a platform that has been largely perfected. Hard to beat that.
Seriously, I want to know who at Ford thought this was an acceptable design...and approved it...?
You are correct. Got too many things on my mind lol. I'm so accustomed to just typing the 2 together (my jeep is a 2 door soft top) my goal was to swap to a soft top when Bestop got on board, being the OE supplier for both Jeep and Bronco I bet it won't take long, if they haven't already. There is no 2-door soft top Bronco. But yes, there are a whole lot of Broncos atop Ice Mountain. Once Ford gets their act together, Broncos won't be such a hot commodity... which is pretty much why I sold now.
I mean a 3.0 TT out of an Explorer in the Raptor Bronco? Come on. And the fenders make it look like it was designed out of a Rough Country catalog.
Ordered on 2/15. I was told it was taking 3-4 months from order to delivery. I'm quite shocked mine is built after 4 weeks. Must have had the 'right' combination of options. There is still transit to Iowa though.Sweet! When did you order? They're a great dealership. I went in trying to look at a F-150 one time and I almost had to beg someone to help. I was told 4-6 months. I’d be happily surprised if mine came in that fast. Don’t know if the 4xe will be slower, but it’s a rather standard build.Ordered on 2/15. Hey, me too! My bronco order went for over a year without even a time estimate, so I reached out to Granger about a RubiconI’m an Iowa local, and you probably know about the Granger debacle. Well I’m ordering my Jeep from Granger.
