This isnt necessarily true. if you have the 7 inch screen and technology package, you dont have analog knobs for temp. only buttons. if you have 7 inch without tech package, you do have analog temp knobs. She has analog knobs as well as the screen. OP, are the knobs not working either?
Unfortunately your "analog" knobs are still very digital and communicate via canbus... there really isnt much difference between the buttons and the dialsI know this isn't a helpful comment, but at the same time just reading this makes me so happy I got the 5-in screen. Analog temperature knobs.
I'm always saying technology is only good until it fails, I'd much rather have analog everything. At least then when something fails it's buttons knobs and wires, don't have to worry about programming and upgrade issues.

High pressure, direct injection baby! You do have fuel injection
I mean obviously they communicate with a computer, all the same I'd still recommend checking the fuses and the blower motor. Regardless of whether or not the computer screen is working, for the knobs not to be working makes me think it's wiring or non-computer electronicsUnfortunately your "analog" knobs are still very digital and communicate via canbus... there really isnt much difference between the buttons and the dials
I had an experience where I drained my battery, then recharged it with a 10 amp charger without disconnecting. Afterward my climate control didn't work, even though my heated seats and steering wheel did. I disconnected the battery, waited an hour, then reconnected to force a full "reboot" and that fixed it. My working theory is that as the voltage slowly ramped up during the recharge the central computer module came online before the HVAC module and decided there was no HVAC.Did you unplug your battery recently? I learned from someone else on this forum that it can take a few minutes for the uconnect to repopulate everything after a battery disconnect.
High pressure, direct injection baby!

Though I don't see what that has to do with knobs and electronics. ?
Not by a long shot. My area of expertise is software engineering. I lag behind many experts on the topics here.I know this isn't a helpful comment, but at the same time just reading this makes me so happy I got the 5-in screen. Analog temperature knobs.

This same thing occurred on my 2019 Rubicon V6 soon after a in 2020 after a software "update". I was able to restart and it would all return to normal. No further updates were available per the dealer at that time. So they ordered a new radio which was backordered along with every other radio they had to replace. About a six months later it stopped happening. So.. most likely software, or radio. Have them order a new one.I drive a 2021 JLU Willys. I noticed last night my climate control has vanished from my screen. What the hell happened? I tried turning on the heat and it wouldn’t respond, so I quickly realized I don’t even have an option for heat or ac, only seat and steering wheel heaters. I have a Tazer installed and tried messing around with that, but couldn’t find anything missing. Please tell me someone has a fix for this.
I don’t even have the app anymore, even when looking under the app menu. It’s wild.
AND WE HAVE A WINNER! This fixed it! Now hopefully I can marry it back without any issues!UN-Marry your Tazer, damn things are quirky...
I'm still trying to keep my blinker fluid full.Nope. Opting for the 5” screen deletes fuel injection because you are now oLd SkOoL.
