My wife has a 2020 JLU Sahara that since we bought it used in august has had an issue when using the automatic climate control. I have 20 years mechanic experience as either a tech or service advisor, I’ve been out of the business for going on 8 years now but still have my tools. I have monitored live data and found that the drivers side floor vent temperature sensor shows it’s reading a temperature of 185 degrees ALL THE TIME. That being said and with the symptom being it blows cold air no matter what in auto mode on the drivers side I decided to order said sensor from the dealer. While I’m waiting for it I thought I’d ask if anyone has replaced this sensor, the location and what’s involved. I appreciate any thoughts and assistance in advance.
