My wife's 2018 sport had the motor replaced at 105k miles. I am pretty sure the metal in the engine was pre installed by the factory 😆. Oil changed when the screen on the dash told us it was needed, plus or minus a couple hundred miles. 0w-20 Mobil One, except for the first 2 Jeep wave oil changes. Don't know what they used.

I am pretty sure that it's just a crap shoot of which engines will have problems. I now have 2 new 3.6 engines, maybe I will run different oils in each one but probably not. Ask me again in about 7-8 years how they are holding up.
If anything it was the 6 quart fills they gave you for the Jeep wave... :headbang:

Yeah exactly. I buy four new tires and a takeoff to mount in the spare location. Its only getting used to get to the tire shop.
My first two sets of tires both had a flat involved, so they were all unevenly worn, lol.

Sounds like you need to replace the whole set with tires a size or three bigger
That’s the plan but these frickin RGs aren’t wearing out fast enough….😂 …… going up to 38 TGs some day , lol..

Yeah I gave up trying to maintain unmolested and evenly worn tires a long time ago...on off-road vehicles it's just not a sane pursuit. I'm in the process of replacing two of the 35's on my Silverado because the front alignment got knocked out of whack again and killed them. No way i'm replacing all four when the two good ones still have 80% of their tread left.

Sounds like there are alot of jerks on this site
We refer the term "asshole" to "jerk".

Note that people that make extremely questionable statements while refusing to admit that they might possibly have been in error tend to get a lot of attention. Admitting that what you said could have possibly been in error is usually sufficient to keep us assholes at bay.

Hmm, I'm going to have to do everything in my power to ensure the wife doesn't realize that someone's platform is disallowing my F.A.R.T.ing. I can't have that kind of opposition in my own household.

Its there in case I get a flat. If I get Falkens again I'll probably work it into the rotation, but they just wore down faster than I thought they would.
Agreed. Our transfer cases and lockers work exceptionally well with mismatched tire sizes...right?

“Usually“ being the operative word. @RFWRANGLER18 trying saying the phrase , i was wrong with me. “I was wr…wr…wro…wro…” Can‘t do it? You can join @TheRaven in his “always right“ support group. I went and now I can say, “I was wrong and made a mistake” and it barely even hurts to say it.
