Unfortunately, I had the same happen to me with a 2020 JL last sunday. Driving on the high way the driverside window just blew out. I was unable to retrieve it. As this happens more often, it seems like a manufacturing issue. Glad to read that you got it covered in warranty. Can anyone share what the process is for claiming the warranty? Thanks so much!My soft top window was warrantied by Jeep and I greatly appreciate that! However, for anyone that has a 2018 Rubicon/Wrangler JL with the premium soft top I would highly encourage you to seek additional "securing methods" for the soft top panels when in use. There are no zippers or snaps for these panels and they will "fly off" at some point due to the plastic wearing out, stretching, etc. We've only had our soft top in use for 3 months. I'll be adding a high grade velcro or straps to help keep them in place going forward.
