Welcome in 2025, you guys want to share what you have in mind for the Jl mod for this year :like:

For me it is really simple:
  • Get tailgate reinforcement, one of my tire set is 106 lbs per wheels.
  • JKS trackbar, before I get issue with the factory one.
  • Maybe a tazer mini, because more control on the JL nanny is a good thing

Oh bless your heart. I wish my mod list was that simple 😆

This is my biggest planned change for this year…

Hell yeah I’d be getting rid of that Bronco too if I were you 👍🏻

my 2025 plan is to drive more than 5k miles without destroying a 3rd, 4th, or 5th front driveshaft.

I think you will really like the JKS trackbar. I just purchased the front and rear JKS track bars from Northridge with the Black Friday sales. Really like them they are stout and I also like that they sell rebuild kits for them. I run the JKS geometry correction brackets and LCAs as well I think they make good stuff.

Will install the Clayton front track bar when it’s warmer. Also try the MetalCloak steering stabilizer relocation bracket to move the Fox ATS a bit more to the passenger side to clear the diff cover rubbing issue.

Other than that, may wait until Fall to buy new shocks. Hold off the tie rod and drag link until OE ones show more wear.

Fun little New Year's thread.
I have Apex AutoLynx going in on the 13th.
If anything else happens it may be a winch or looking into a locker up front.

I'm quite pleased with things how they are up the this point.

Moving province, new job and a desire to get back onto the housing ladder will limit what gets done this year.
The to-do list is quite short on the 2019 and I have a small pile of parts ready to go on. If the budget allows I’ll pick up some aftermarket driveshafts.

2025 will probably be pretty light and simple in terms of mods since I'm not sure when my Jeep will arrive. These are my current plans:

1. Trade FJ for the Jeep
2. Hotheads headliner
3. Wife approved steps/sliders.
4. Rubicon steel front bumper

My plan is to get the rear diff fixed and have it last until at least 2026. Yeah, just a dream.
Curious, what is the story of the rear diff issue ?

I was running them on my JK. I see how my JL is going and I can say it will benefit from them.
