This thread (and many, many others) are why I bought my Diver Down covers from Amazon instead of Quadratec. Considering the forum discount, Quadratec would've been cheaper, but with Amazon I got it ~ 4 days later (which they were upfront about during checkout) AND I'm protected by Amazon's no-hassle return policy.

Yes, I dislike supporting Bezos, but Amazon has built up a level of trust that's hard to break.

Unfortunately I have to add to this mess as well. Throughout March of this year, I had been dealing with Quadratec issues.

A partial order / backordered item shipped. Instead of being charged for just the backordered item, they charged the full amount of the order, including items there were already charged and arrived months earlier. Over a two week period I worked with them through chat and email. They continually promised replies via email, management, finance department, etc, to no avail. Emails went unanswered and the only time I got an actual response was when I used their online chat. Even so, on multiple occasions during chat they would end the chat and I would have to wait 20-30 mins to get another representative. They provided screenshot evidence of their billing system that they charged me too much and yet kept saying it was correct. Finally, after the two weeks, something must have clicked because it went to another manager who saw the issue and issued an immediate refund.

Overall incredibly disappointed in their support staff. I don't expect to order from them again unless absolutely necessary.

Bummed that so many are having issues w/ Quadratec, never a problem w/ my orders, ordered a Mastertop Tonneau/Windjammer top 2 weeks ago and was on my porch 4 days later. Hailey @Quadratec was also quick to give a discounted forum quote on site too.
Hopefully whatever situation they're going through will be short lived.

Same. Had great experiences in the past but am a bit wary to test my luck now.

I get the whole 'drop ship' thing but yeah been there, done that. I waited 3 months for a few things from other companies. It's not just Quadratec. 4WP is nearly as bad. I ordered some things from 4WP on the website. After a few weeks of waiting for tracking updates, walked into a local 4WP parts store and they said since I ordered online it was out of their hands...

Like others have said, Northridge 4x4 is pretty good, they answer the phone. Otherwise I try to order direct and will confirm inventory before ordering anything.

2 weeks ago i tried to order new tires, rims and tpms thru quadratec. i sat on hold for 1 hour with no answer and i was on the live chat with no answer.
i hung up and order from trailbuilt and they priced matched everything.
still waiting on a winch cover i ordered sept '21 from quadratec.
i get it with the pandemic they have us truck drivers going non stop so i dont blame the company at all.

I bought a Sunrider off them 2 weeks ago. A week went by with out shipping confirmation so I called and waited on hold for over an hour for them to tell me "Oops, we Forgot to ship it." Once they shipped, I had it in 2 days. Supposedly I am getting a $50 gift card with my purchase too but I wont hold my breath.

Yup...currently on hold (45 mins) to obtain a refund status from a returned purchase late last year before I place another $2500 order. And why am I waiting on hold to give them my business??

I ordered a spare tire cover on March 26th and received it on March 31st. All good. Probably won't order anything else until they get their act together. Like another forum member has already mentioned, I use PayPal to pay for online purchases. No issues with a quick refund if something goes wrong.

Uh oh, i just ordered a bumper from them since they were the cheapest and stated "in stock". I noticed part of my address was missing on the invoice so to make sure they had the complete thing I tried calling both their CS # and the Billing #, but just had busy tone.... odd

Thankfully the chat feature worked and they were able to confirm everything is correct. Fingers crossed this goes smooth.

Dang! I hate seeing this. I've been using Quadratec for a lot of years and always was very satisfied. They are my goto place when I needed Jeep stuff. Most recently I ordered a Mopar steel bumper and skid plate and it was delivered the following week.

For the last two days I've been trying to get a hold of a real person to cancel a back ordered item. Seems it's impossible to talk to anyone.

It's not impossible. You just have to have a lot of spare time and a lot of patience. I've talked to them 4 times and had to wait about about 40 minutes on average.
