I ordered a pair of Mopar front lower control arms. The package was damaged in shipping and returned to Quadratec mid shipment. Juanita K. in customer service was very professional and courteous and immediately sent a $0 replacement order prior to receiving the returned items.

Piggybacking on this thread. I’ve ordered several parts from Northridge4x4.com and shipping has been consistently fast. And when I needed to return something because of an issue with a part (that wasn’t even their fault) their customer service was very responsive and took care of the issue promptly. It was quite refreshing.

I've ordered from both Quadratec and Northridge 4x4 and also never had any issues.

Ordered a couple of smaller items from quadratec with no issues.

Have ordered extensively through Northridge 4x4 (31 orders to be exact), had 2 issues which were not their fault. One was faulty electronic shocks and another was an order being in limbo due to a week long power outage.

Both times, the rep at Northridge was on it, first issue the rep always beat me to it by calling me with updates not waiting and hoping I would just go away. 2nd time more recently, handled each call I made on time with responded as promised.
