After seeing how many things Quadratec was out of, I wound up calling a couple of manufacturers directly about where to buy their products, and 2 fairly large, well-known ones told me they have either reduced Quadratec's allocations or stopped shipping to them altogether because of all the problems Quadratec is having. Northridge has been doing OK as has Amazon.

I ordered the mopar control arms in December. They sent me one of the two. Then sent a track bar for a gladiator for the second. I’ve tried getting a replacement and told them of the issue. I still don’t have the right part. I’ll never order anything from them again.
Track bar, control arm, pretty much the same thing, no? ?

A friend recently ordered a Mopar air filter but received a K & N filter instead.

I haven't ordered anything from them this year but all my previous orders had been great.

Oof...4 pages of comments in this short a period of time almost all exclusively negative. I just tripped across this thread casually browsing the forums and unfortunately I find myself in the same boat as the rest of the people here.

Ordered something stupid simple - two flashlight holders made by Quadratec. Check my order history/status and something I ordered a year ago is showing as something ordered a week ago. The actual order that I placed isn't even showing up. Called last week "order is still in the website somewhere - we will get this expedited and resolved". Called Monday "order is still stuck in the website - will contact our tech team to resolve". Opened chat today to cancel order still waiting for anyone to pickup 30mins after starting chat to cancel my order. Blew two gift cards on this order which are likely lost for good but I won't be back in all honesty.

Ordered thousands of dollars in equipment for my Jeep from them over the last year with no issues and actually excellent customer service. It's like the company was hijacked and set on autopilot for detonation. Sucks because they were one of my favorite places to order but hey there are other fish out there to find. Heading over to XT and NorthRidge to give them my money and sadly watch from the sidelines as Quadratec slowly and sadly dies off =(

I too have had order problems. Item says in stock when you check out, then after the order you get a out of stock and back order status! I’m like WTF! I didn’t order it wanting to wait. I ordered because it was in stock! I’m done with them. It’s happened twice.

Another Kyle in WV who loves Jeeps. lol And I had been looking for them since shortly after I ordered the new Jeep. Finally saw Quadratec had them in stock and pulled the trigger.

Jumping on the bandwagon… Quadratec used to be a quality vendor and now they’re just terrible. You sit on eternal hold, no one responds to emails, chat doesn’t work and apparently you cannot cancel an order unless you speak with someone (which again seems to be impossible). I freaking hate this company now and will never order from them again.

This is unfortunate. They used to be great. I too had problems with them last year. Northridge has been pretty solid. Sorry to hear this.

So, there's this IG page I follow @wildrnss, and he's apparently sponsored by Quadratec. I asked a legit question if they were still in business due to this thread, and he blocks me. @wildrnss if you're on this forum, you're a f*cking wannabe influencer loser. :asshat:

He's not doing @Quadratec any favors by blocking me and deleting my comment. If anything, it just legitimizes @Quadratec being shady.

Their customer service is non existent. I spent 2 hours on hold over the past couple weeks trying to place an order with Store credit I had from them. When I finally got someone, they spent another hour trying to figure out how to apply said store credit to my order. Unfortunately I still have Gift Cards from them to use otherwise I would be shopping elsewhere. Its sad, as others have said they were my Go-To for Jeep orders for years. I hope they can get it together
Same boat, and I have been trying to get my credit applied since around Christmas 21. Good luck! I have spent easy 20 hours on the phone with them, get absolutely nowhere!!!

I just got a reply this morning to an email I sent to their CS mid March about where my rear window is, what the ETA is, why my order shows fulfilled when it's not, etc. They asked for my order number, marked the issue as resolved, and asked me to fill out a surveychimp survey on their service - and the link was dead :clap: the oracle skidplate I ordered at least showed up, though I haven't checked the box to make sure everything is square inside. I thought Quadratec had a lot of good things going for them, from their nice looking tube doors to being - at least I thought -the OG maker of the stealth lightbar. XT offers something cheaper than Qtecs, and initially I was going to get from Qtec since I didn't want to support XT seemingly ripping off their idea. Now I'm not so sure it's worth the risk.

Ooooff, I’m glad the cargo mat I ordered last week showed up after reading all of this. It was a quadratec mat so I guess maybe that helped. But man, I’ve got tons of things I’d like to order from them but seeing this I will be looking elsewhere.

They charged my card and the order status says it shipped but the FedEx tracking says a label was created but nothing else. After a week they said they would check with FedEx to see why it hasn’t moved. They also said if I don’t receive it or see movement in 3 days that they would ship another one. It took me a week just to get them on the phone again because every time I call I get put on hold for nearly an hour. Now they say they don’t have any to ship. I was told I would be contacted today about getting a refund. I don’t have high hopes.
Damn dude, I remember seeing your posts about your Jeep order. This is some bad luck, hopefully it gets worked out. I can't recommend XT enough, good customer service. I've been using them for years. I've been ordering stuff for my new JL recently and it gets here fast.
