I installed my ARB dual compressor today using ARB’s new underseat mount. It’s much further under the seat than the other underseat product I’ve seen.
Nice product, terrible instructions!

Hi Brian, yes you’ll need the fittings to create the pipe from the manifold on the compressor to the point where you want to connect the main length of hose. I got this stuff from Machine Mart here in the U.K., this is the invoice....I just got my ARB mount from Quadratec. I saw that you had to locally source some items to make it work. What did you have to purchase?
Yeah but a few days later all five of my tires were flat.Have you ever mounted a compressor and never called it again? Be honest.
Do you happen to know if your mount works for 2.0 TurboI ran into the same problem when I installed the Falcon 3.1 shocks so had to come up with another solution. It now mounts on the firewall. It still sits up high enough to be protected by the fender liner and above fording depth.

Upon some compressor location research I just procured all items from CE Auto Supply (see pic for contact), built my wiring harness (see pics for loom routing), and installed mine under the drivers seat with pop rivets to body-tub. Tied relay supply power to my AUX 4 15A factory switch. The ARB single compressor came out of my trade in vehicle, a 2003 TJ Rubicon (RIP).
If you’re interested I also added the parts list with 8AWG wire and 40A fused power to the post.
Please feel free to criticize my write up as it’s my first.![]()

Would love to see some photos at some pointI just finished using the ARB under seat mount for the ARB twin compressor. Sorry, no photos but a couple of thoughts. Oh, and I only have the compressor..no lockers, and mounted under the passenger seat.
***Some parts are not included as noted by others. Specifically, the elbow(0740104) and adapter (0740101). I also used the ARB .3m hose.
Shame on ARB for not including these, especially the adapter and elbow. I tried to source both locally, but due to this being a tight fit, the local sourced products were slightly longer and not useable.
I used one to the longer wiring harnesses available on eBay. This made it just a little simpler, and I was going to need more wire anyway.
I routed this wiring thru the passenger side cowl as noted on another thread.
I wired the Isolation Switch as noted in a YouTube video using the MORE bracket, BUT the length for this wiring needs to be longer for the ARB bracket...not much, but a little. Best to measure this with the bracket and compressor in hand.
I went to the ignition wire, that is part of the AUX switches wiring group for the Rubicon, located under dash and in front of passenger foot area, and thus used the ARB rocker switch instead of one of the AUX switches. I used a T Tap electrical connector for this.
Best Wishes.

I went with UPDOWN AIR. underseat mount and their quick connect system for airing up and down all four tires at one time. Install was pretty easy.
We are working on ideas for mounting under the passenger seat and the UpDownAir looks like a nice solution. @Escareno187 , how is yours working for you at this point? Did you buy the complete kit or just the mount?Took out my UpDownAir. That shit never worked right.
I agree that ARB should definitely include the quick connect adapter. I had to buy a different kit to get it. The length of harness was just long enough for my installation, but I am going to modify the quick adapter plate to remove material to make the routing of the harness less vulnerable as it is going over the rear mount of the seat. I also hooked my compressor to Aux 4 in my JLUR. I didn't cut my all weather floor mat and it just lays up a bit under the seat.I just finished using the ARB under seat mount for the ARB twin compressor. Sorry, no photos but a couple of thoughts.
