Still investigating and researching. From what I have gathered I need wheel spacers something like this. Regardless if it is a spacer lift or coil + spring type lift. There are a bunch of diff. ones, not sure that it matters to much. These Synergy ones seem decent?

Thanks
i can’t comment on synergy, never used them, but I can comment on Spidertrax, they’ve been great every time I’ve used them, zero issues…..fwiw….. I would only use hub centric in whatever you choose……

Everyone uses their Jeep in different ways. For that reason I went with TeraFlex. They have a large menu of options to help you find one to best fit your needs. I don’t plan on doing anything too crazy with my Jeep during the years that I am making payments on it so the TeraFlex ST2 with Falcon 3.1 shocks and 37" tires was a perfect option for my off-road adventures and budget. Once paid off and once I am more experienced with my Jeep I plan to roll into an Alpine IR Long arm with Falcon 3.3s.

Kah.mun.rah, I hear you. I am in the same boat, while I am still making payments on my jeep I am not going to go crazy with it.

I found Bora spacers, with no H. I hope they are reputable for the price they want. Just saying.

Thanks Guys

I have had them for about 2 years with no issue. They are in NV and their spacers are made to order. You can pick any thickness from 0.25" to 3". I went with 1.25". Thats what I needed for back spacing. Most off-the-shelf 1.75"s are too much for me.

Thanks for the Info. on the spacers.
Keep in mind that spacers will help you to get the extra clearance you need for bigger tires while street driving but if you plan to spend time off-road where the Jeep will flex the springs, you will have a better experience with a larger spring vs the spacers.

Well, yes, I get it. I am familiar a little with spacer. People have been using them since I was in high school on hot rods they wanted to stuff huge tires under. I have also seen entire wheels fly off when people were doing burnouts because the spacers lugs broke.

I am still researching things. I really don't want spacers. I know some have and are using them with no issues, I just don't like them.

What I am seeing is most kits require different wheels or spacers. Why? From what I have researched so far, a lift kit in at least the 2.5 to 3.0 inch range can be engineered to work with factory wheels and no spacers. It almost like they don't want to make them this way cause then you won't buy wheels. How do I know, cause I have found 2 maybe 3 (can't remember my brain is on overload from looking at all this stuff) that are mfg for direct bolt up using the stock wheels and know aftermarket wheels (unless you want them) and no spacers required. Honestly, it's quite annoying that there aren't more mfg's offering kits ready to bolt up with the OEM wheels. I have spoke to several different mfg's now and every single one said well you can always get wheels. Dam it man, I don't have $1500 to $2000 for new wheels, plus I like my wheels. Plus going with spacers you have to add in at a min. $250 more for spacers on top of the lift price. Why? Just make the dam lift work with the OEM equipment.

Ranting a little, sorry.

I do know I want as good of highway ride as it is now or better because I am in Florida and pretty much all the off-road parks are hundreds of miles away. So a nice ride getting there is a must.

The research continues.

Thanks

RK control arms are bent upwards for more ground clearance instead of inward for factory wheel clearance. The factory wheels are too narrow to run most oversized tires so most lift manufacturers don’t consider the factory rims a viable long-term option.

They are talking about wheel spacers, not coil spacers.

Word302,that makes sense. Don't get me wrong I love the look of bigger wider tires on our jeeps. Just not able to do that right now.

Right now I just wanted to get a little more body height, and then when it's time for tires go with a little bigger ones I can put on the stock wheels and I will be happy for the next 4 to 6 years. Truth be told I do like the look also even if I am not doing hardcore off-roading.

Thanks for your expertise and suggestions. I will figure out what I can do that I will be happy with. I will keep educating myself.

You can make it work, just realize 12.5” wide tires are really pushing it on the factory rims. There are 11.5” wide tires available, just much fewer options.
