Technically, it gets about 2 MPG better. 17/21 for JK and 18/23 for JL. 2 MPG isn't really large enough to see any consistent improvement, MPG depends on too many variables like traffic, speed, avg slope angle you drive on, net weight, how foot heavy someone is, etc.So basically all the aluminum weight savings, the raked windshield, ESS, KO2’s instead of MTs, and the JL Rubicon gets the same gas mileage as the Jk Rubicon.
