I tried searching but struggled with the search engine. What is the general consensus on the status of three of my fox shocks. From a dynatrac lift.

It's hard to tell, because your images do not show the bottom surface of the shocks where the chrome shaft protrudes, but it looks like the 1st shock & 3rd shock are leaking oil which usually indicates blown shock seals. I have the same issue with my Fox shocks from a Mopar kit. Time for an upgrade.

Only thing I notice is that your rear shock lower bolt is mounted the wrong way.

Who cares what the shocks look like, what do they identify as? I can’t tell you anything until you tell me how they identify.

if you have any doubt, why not ask Fox?

you may be able to send them back for a rebuild/service; their Service Intervals are actually remarkably short. (should i have said 'shockingly'?)
you might even be able to have them re valved however you want.
