They have different color options for the rings.
Standard KC yellow, black, red and blue.
You can absolutely paint them to match on your own.
Thanks that’s good to know, having punk’n try to keep everything either punk’n or blue, I eventually plan to get the Reid buckle and then being orange and the black brackets look good together.

Well until it all gets covered in mud and such lol.

It is annoying when they do stuff like that but atleast after you get the code you can have them stop the texts afterwards.

Nice I’m glad they have them on other places then just there website.

I just order from them and bought there lights at 70% off, figure makes them cheap enough if they really don’t work no biggy.

Now for the wait. And I was doing so good not buying stuff while I wait to get my jeep back.

Looking forward to your take on them and I hope you’re not without your Jeep for much longer.

Thanks I’ll keep this updated when I get them.

Back in August while at work a semi came to make a delivery and backed into my jeep pushing it into a wall did about 35k worth of damage. Waiting to get it repaired insurance has been dragging there feet then the strike made it hard to get parts. But finally started working on the body portion of it a couple of weeks ago. I’m hoping after first the year I’ll get it back.

Since the trucking company is paying and the jeep was custom order with options most people don’t get and being only 2 months old at the time really didn’t have a to much of a choice

You did not even get enough seat time to enjoy it.

Sadly no, half the miles on it is from driving it back from Maryland to Colorado. Got one day with out the top or doors on. Went off road one day, didn’t think about not having the freedom panels off and hit a mud puddle. Somehow got mud on the inside of my windshield lol.

maybe it's just me, but that just seems like a terrible place for lights to live.

they're mounted to an unsprung portion of the suspension, so they're subjected to every tiny bit of shock from road surface irregularities.
they're low enough to the ground to be highly likely to be damaged by flying road debris. (i've caught a lot of stuff off the road on my motorcycle boots, and they're about the same height off the ground.)
they'll be underwater with likely every water crossing.
given the above, what's the life expectancy for a lamp mounted in this location?

unless it's just about a 'look', i'm not sure i see the point of them, anyway; being mounted near the center of the inboard side of the wheel, they're not likely to throw any light out to the outside of where you're steering in a turn, so they wouldn't even serve the same purpose as Ditch Lights.

another consideration is legality; are they legal for on-road use? would have to look up the Code for the state(s) i'd be using them in to see what they minimum height is for lights. (i know in Calif, technically i'd have to have them covered on the road, and that sounds really inconvenient.)

not meaning to spoil anyones fun here, and if it's just about a 'look', all bets are off (no logic applies).
but what's the draw here?
