My Son and I just finished our Reid setup last night. We also installed Synergys new compound lower TB bushing and upper. Check this out.... We always check torque setting before we loosen, but upon removal we noticed the bolt had some play. Come to find out the factory axle side bracket where the lower TB bolts to bolt hole was too big or loose and bolt had play! We took 2 stamped HTS steel plates we had and center drill holes to fit bolt sleeve tight. Welded both front and rear plates then painted. Torqued everything down and boom ZERO play. Who would of thought a factory bracket at 5k miles would of had play....

We have also never had a single issue with Poly. Just is on point and they always answer. We have had 1 return in 15 orders, shipping to CA is literally 2 days. Same for Synergy. Both get props from me.
Sounds like a great catch and fix on that issue.

Synergy and Poly Performance are the same company.

Hello - anyone have an alignment done after installing Reid Knuckles and did it change vs OEM?

I feel like my camber is a little high (negative or upper tire tilt with me at -1.9 and -2.1 with OEM at -0.25 +/- 0.37).
Not sure if thats the impact of wheeling (however both sides pretty consistent) or did I get a change with the Reid knuckles. I also have Dynatrac ball joints (on stock D44 axles)

I re used mine both when I installed my front axle, later dynatrac ball joints and finally the reid knuckles.
Has anyone had issues with these camber bushings being a very tight fit on the reids. On my stock aluminum knuckles they slide in and out very easily by hand. On my reids they are so tight I had to hammer them in causing the taper in the sleeves to not open enough to allow the balljoints to fully seat. I havent heard back from reid yet just curious if anyone has the same experience

Sounds like Reid's reamer was dull.
