I am in the 60's camp personally.
They are $$$ but you brought up a lot of solid points on a 44 build.

I have been eyeing these for a while. The $650 is definitely attractive. Based on what I have seen and read, the construction looks "good enough".

Again, this goes back to the debate of upgrading D44 or going D60.
I want reinforce the D44 somewhat so I can comfortably run 37s, but I wouldn't want to spend $800 on balljoints, $900+ on knuckle's, and $1200+ on axle shafts.

i was concerned with unsprung (and total) weight on my latest build, and don't generally 'beat' on my equipment.
with all that in mind, i chose to upgrade the 44s since mine already had the cast knuckles, and i wanted RCVs for the front either way.

EDIT:
correction; our Willys came with aluminum knuckles.

Bought a pair as well. I have some track bar brackets from Synergy and they're top quality so should be legit. Will be a couple months before I get them installed but will report back if I remember   .

Like a few others, I haven't had an issue with the track bar bracket I put on my wife's JLUR. Install went well, but I did have everything apart when I was installing the lift.

Well I finally remembered to report back. Installed the Synergy knuckles about 3 months ago (installed MetalCloak Baller joints and RCV axle shafts at the same time). They seem plenty beefy and well-coated and everything bolted up nicely. Taken a few wheeling trips since then and my wheels haven't fallen off -- so far, so good on that performance metric. Should be more durable than the aluminum ones they're replacing. Are they ultimately stronger or weaker than the Reids or the Mojave OEM? No idea but I hope to never be in a situation where that would be relevant <knocks on aluminum hood>.
