NJJA puts on 101, trail guide and 201 recovery classes once a year for members. Classes are usually held on the weekends in Central NJ. Membership is $40/year. LOL

Three major issues. The paver up front (left) is covering a clean out that was cracked, the main center clean out (trash bag) is also compromised with what appears to be an excess of mortar spilled/poured on the edge and that 50 gallon drum in the rear (right) is a homemade "d" (distribution)...

I just have the basement, renov. kitchen, renov. main hall bath, whole house swap to pex, trim, paint exterior, rear deck, landscaping, tree removal, survey and proximity fence, etc. I should be busy until 2026. LOL

Definition 1 is spot on, but...I see how definition 2 can be offensive. LOL ;)
