let us know how that works out for you...if I hear another positive story I'm going to start gravitating that way myself. I just deal with a shimmy and steering issues on 37's but I do think it's knuckle flex.. something is flexing, I'm just so used to it now.
I definitely will report back. I have upgraded all the steering components and its substantially better than before but still leaves a lot to be desired. The 37s are a strain on the factory stuff so I am hoping for a noticeable improvement over what's there currently.

These things are pure beef. What balljoint tool is everyone using for the Dynatrac balljoints? I bought the installation kit to make it easier but I do not currently have a balljoint tool and will be picking one up. Not looking to rent those worn out ones from AZ/Advance either. Been there.

Just got done with Teraflex ball joints, Reid knuckles, and RCV shafts.

Only issue was that the RCV boots rubbed the grease zerks on the ball joints. You have to install them rotated 180° from the Teraflex instructions. They're close but they clear. Along with the Artec truss, this axle is pretty well set. I also did a Synergy tie rod and drag link, along with the sector shaft brace.

I just saw this message as I was out of town. I appreciate the offer! I just got a call from Poly Performance this week and it turns out they sent me two left hand knuckles. I did not pay attention to the part numbers when they arrived, but looking at them now sure enough I got two left hand knuckles. Apparently another guy got two right hand knuckles according to the customer service rep. Thankfully I wasn't in the middle of installing these and realizing the mess up then. I got a good laugh out of it overall. Sometimes in life all you can do is laugh at a situation.

So after two months and 10 days Poly Performance FINALLY got me the correct passenger side knuckle. I went from finding the situation comical to being beyond frustrated. I could not get any of their reps to call me back with an update as to what was happening and the replacement they finally sent me was a used previously installed part. Ended up sending that back and waiting another month for a new replacement. Last time I ever order from them. Their customer service is atrocious.

On a positive note, ill be installing these soon. The quality of the knuckles is something else. For those who have done these there seems to be some toe differences before and after the install? Is this common? I would have assumed there wouldn't be any difference but figured I would ask as I saw it mentioned a few times. I have my Steer Smarts tie rod that I need to install still so if there is a difference ill just do the tie rod and be done with it. My Jeep tracks straight and true at 80 down the highway as it sits so anything im doing is going to make it that much better.

Damn that sucks. When Dynatrac sent me the wrong ball joints they overnighted me the correct parts.

Tell me about it. Their customer service is absolutely horrid and I was warned by a buddy of mine before placing the order. He's like "you sure you want to order from Poly?" and im over here like what's the worst that can happen. I absolutely regretted my decision and I will never order from them again. Easily the worst ordering experience to date.

I would check toe before and after just to be safe……. Anything is possible…

Bastards. This is why we’re never done. We think we’re done sometimes, then this happens.

“My next Jeep is staying stock...”. LOL
I'm 4 months in and its still stock. I have my old shocks and baja lights, and I refuse to install them just yet. ?

That's what I was thinking too. I have the toe measurement plates so it's easy enough to do.
The tolerances of the location of the tierod holes, balljoint holes etc., all are magnified many times over by the geometry. A small difference in location of one or more of these holes will result in a much larger difference with your OEM knuckle toe setting.

So, yes. Check that toe-in setting after installing a set of knuckles.

My Son and I just finished our Reid setup last night. We also installed Synergys new compound lower TB bushing and upper. Check this out.... We always check torque setting before we loosen, but upon removal we noticed the bolt had some play. Come to find out the factory axle side bracket where the lower TB bolts to bolt hole was too big or loose and bolt had play! We took 2 stamped HTS steel plates we had and center drill holes to fit bolt sleeve tight. Welded both front and rear plates then painted. Torqued everything down and boom ZERO play. Who would of thought a factory bracket at 5k miles would of had play....

We have also never had a single issue with Poly. Just is on point and they always answer. We have had 1 return in 15 orders, shipping to CA is literally 2 days. Same for Synergy. Both get props from me.
