I have noticed a lack of pride in so many areas. I work in mechanical engineering and many just want to complete the job without concern for how it was done. When I train I people in classes, I reiterate my personal motto to the trainees, which is “I don’t want someone working my design in the future to think I was an idiot and didn’t attend to all the details”!They should have taped the perimeter, sealed it, then removed the tape. Would have been a nice straight line. Those guys suck, no pride in their work.
Same! I was a little perturbed when SafeLite replaced my windshield (2 long cracks within 6 months of ownership) and I lost my little corner Jeep sticker in the processI would be irate!!!
ya i have 3 chips in my JK and the safelight repair does not make them invisible.. Jeep are excellent at killing bugs, and attacking rocks with the windshieldSame! That is completely unacceptable and looks like trash. Take that back to the dealership and have them correct it immediately. If problems persist, report them to FCA (IAMJEEP).Dealership replaced windshield to fix a whistling problem. Noise is gone so that’s cool. However, this is what they gave back to me. To me this is BS. Am I over reacting?
