I had my windshield replaced by Safelite a couple of years ago and I had the choice of OEM or non-OEM...

Yeah, tech called me when replacing mine. He said they had an after market one but if I wanted the little jeep they could get the mopar one from their warehouse. I think ultimately the insurance company only approved the aftermarket one or they were out. I ordered some little stickers on ebay for 2.50 each to put that little jeep being chased by a t rex back on. Gotta have it.

Was your windshield damaged, requiring replacement? You live in FL, like I do. ALL damaged windshield replacements are free, no deductible, regardless of the insurance you have. It’s a state law.

Every OEM replacement I’ve had down here from Safelite had the little Jeep Easter egg on it.

I just replaced my first at < 5k miles, at safelite. They had the option for replacement with the jeep in the corner. Other than that the only thing I noticed is it says Jeep instead of Mopar on the driver side.
