Mine does the same. I had it in for a DRL recall and I asked the service tech to also check to see if anything was loose down there. He said everything was tight. Guess it’s a Jeep thing.
I’ve noticed this as well when I’m driving my Jeep. I’ve never been cut off in my 911. And for reference, I drive both exactly the same way. Lol.
Personally I’ll use 91 because most of my trips are short trips around town. I’ve owned my 4xe for almost a month and the fuel gauge is still at full even though I tend to lead foot it.
At this rate, I’ll be filling up once every 9 months.

I wonder if disconnecting and reconnecting the battery will clear your CEL. If you're going to do so, remember to also pull the ICDM fuse (Fuse F09) before you disconnect the positive and negative leads.
I've been seriously looking at the dealer inventory of 4xe's as they are rolling into Canada, but these issues threads are making me reconsider holding off a bit.
