Okay thank you I was always told flushing gets it all out but drain it probably gets most of it. The fact that I only had 42,000 miles but it's 7 years old too I'm retired so I don't drive that much which is nice now consider j used to drive about 35,000 miles a year
So I guess you didn't flush it you just drained it and put more in there did you take the cover off or just drain it and put the oil in thereMine took exactly 3 quarts...
1 2/3 in the rear and 1 1/3 in the front...
I had a few ounces remaining of my 3 quarts. I removed the covers because I didn't notice the drain plugs until too lateSo I guess you didn't flush it you just drained it and put more in there did you take the cover off or just drain it and put the oil in there
nothing....what is this flush you guys talk about? opening the cover drains everything and I did the wipe method too. What am I missing?
I think that happened sometime in the late 21. My '21 (build date Jan 22) doesn't have a drain plug either. Now that I have drilled a hole on the front diff and kissed my warranty goodbye, I am tempted to drill another hole and make my own drain plug thingy lol.wish you could just drain the newer ones, not sure when they did away with the drain plug but my 24 doesn't have one.

With the cover off, you can spray cleaner into the carrier. Any residue is washed out, making the fluid replacement more effective. It's likely overkill. But, depending on what you use to clean it, doesn't hurt anything.what is this flush you guys talk about? opening the cover drains everything and I did the wipe method too. What am I missing?

I had to pull the covers to change the fluid so I went ahead and replaced them with Spicer covers...
