Let me help you, in case it is difficult . I don't want to pay exorbitant shipping on a very small parts kit that can fit in a small envelope.
Maybe you need to re-read it too. TWICE you suggested they change their SOP to fit your little view of the world.I suggested simply putting it in an envelope and sending them via USPS, which should just cost a few bucks.
If I worked for Bestop and took this call, I would get a manilla envelope, stick these in there, address it and put it on the business office's postal machine, add it to the bill, and send it USPS. It would cost a few bucks, tops.
