Just noticed that my right rear wheel has wobble rotation while driving. I removed this wheel and found that disc is irregular. What do you think what caused it? Please see attached video.

Somehow, it seems like (at least) your axle flange, or the entire shaft is tweaked, which is causing the rotor and wheel to wobble. Was it hit? I imagine it would be pretty tough to bend an axle shaft with regular driving. My son just had the axles out of his '91 Mustang and they're still straight, even after 150K hard miles.

I did some off-road rides and after that I noticed it. Maybe it just a rotor damage?

A damaged rotor has no bearing on what the wheel does. You have a bent axle.

If you’re REALLY motivated, you can verify by moving the rotor and the wheel to the other side. If the wobble moves - I’m wrong about the bent axle. My bet is the wobble stays where it is.

He could remove the rotor and put the wheel back directly onto the axle flange too, right? Though, I'm not sure if the lug nuts are long enough to hold it firmly in place or the studs might hit the inside of the lug before the wheel is tight.

There are definitely a number of things to look at as noted by the responses.

Ideally, one should consider using a dial indicator to measure the runout on:

1. brake disc rotor
2. then remove the disc rotor and measure the bearing unit
3. then measure the the axle nut

While not saying any amount of runout is a good thing, there is an allowable OEM tolerance for runout.

If the brake disc rotor isn't warped, and the bearing/axle unit are within spec, there are shims used by the automotive industry which will bring the brake disc rotor runout back to within specs.

A little time passed and I decided to remove the wheel. I am attaching a new video, I don't know if it will give us an exact answer to what needs to be changed.
Do you think replace Wheel Bearing & Hub Assembly will fix the problem?

Wow how did I miss this thread? Sorry it’s been so long. You definitely have a bent axle shaft. Order a complete replacement with bearing and seal installed already and slap it in.

I guarantee this is the answer.

@mwilk012 said it best. Order the whole axle cause nothing will be salvageable on the old one. And might wanna get the rotor checked too. With all that movement in the videos, hard to tell if it is, or how far out of true it is.

The rotor will be fine, it is protected from any real impact forces.
