The rotor will be fine, it is protected from any real impact forces.
Impact isn't the issue. Heat and cooling of the actual rotor, and that warp of the axle. There's a good chance the rotor could not be true. Yeah, he can slap it together. And true he could end up with a pulsation in the pedal. Common sense, nothing more need be applied.

Yep, you must of shock loaded that wheel, and it bent the axle.

Just replaced new axle shaft and problem is fixed. But after replacement I got on dashboard "Service Electronic Stability Control" and ABS "Service Antilock Brake System".
Any idea how to fix it?

Just clear the code and see if it comes back. if you had the ABS sensor unplugged it will throw a code.

Do you know how to clear the code?
Thank you.
if you don't have a scan tool you can go to a parts store and they should be able to clear it for you.

when I had a code I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes and reconnected it and the codes were gone but I don't have a 4xe.

Check to make sure you didn’t leave the sensor unplugged or damage it during the replacement. You shouldn’t have any fault codes as the replacement is all done with the key off and it won’t check the circuit until powered on.

Sensor plugged in properly. I got a code U1412 which is indicate that issues with wheel sensor. I guess it was almost destroyed because the crooked axle kept catching on it.
